bdbuj reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any time. Failure to respond to a verification request may result in account suspension or closure. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bdbuj offers new players a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once, unless otherwise stated.
• Claiming a bonus from multiple accounts, the same IP address, or devices from the same household will result in cancellation.
• Bonus balances cannot be converted to cash or transferred — they can only be used for placing bets.
• Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and all winnings derived from it being forfeited.
• bdbuj reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• The VIP programme and weekly cashback are governed by separate terms.

6.1 Closure at User's Request

You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact our support team via live chat or email ([email protected]). Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

6.2 Closure by the Platform

bdbuj may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Registration using false information.
• Suspicious activity related to fraud or money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Allowing minors to access the platform.

bdbuj believes that gaming is an entertainment activity — not a source of income. We take responsible gaming very seriously.
